Every product in the E Planner Hub shop is a digital file. When you buy one, you do not buy the design itself. You buy a license to use the file as described on this page. These terms are part of our Terms & Conditions.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable license to use the files you bought, for as long as you like. The license is for you, the person who placed the order.
What you can do
- Import the files into GoodNotes, Notability, OneNote or any other app that opens PDF files.
- Keep copies on all of your own devices.
- Use a planner as many times as you like. Duplicate pages, start over or keep a fresh copy for next year.
- Write in it, add stickers and change colors for your own planning.
- Use it to plan your own work or business.
- Print pages for your own personal use.
- Share photos, screenshots or videos of your own filled-in planner on social media, as long as the full file cannot be downloaded from what you post. A link back to eplannerhub.com is always welcome.
What you cannot do
- Resell, share, give away or trade the files, in whole or in part, edited or not.
- Upload the files to any website, cloud folder, group, forum or marketplace where other people can download them.
- Send the files to friends, family, students or coworkers. Each person needs their own purchase. For a class or a team, write to us first.
- Include the files, pages or stickers in a product you sell, such as a planner, template pack, course, membership or print on demand item.
- Claim the designs as your own, or remove our name from them.
- Use the files to train or fine tune an artificial intelligence model.
Who owns the designs
E Planner Hub owns the copyright in all designs, layouts, covers and stickers in our shop. Any app or device names on our product pages belong to their owners.
If you break these terms
If you resell or share our files, your license ends and we may close your account. We may also ask websites and marketplaces to remove copies of our files. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
Refunds
All sales are final. If a file is damaged, will not open or does not match its description, contact us and we will fix it or send a replacement. If we cannot fix the file or send a working replacement, we refund that product. See our Refund Policy.
