What you can ask for
- A copy of your personal data
- A correction of data that is wrong
- An export of your data in a common file format
- Deletion of your data
- That we stop or limit a use of your data, such as checkout reminders
- Withdrawal of a consent you gave us
Things you can do yourself
- Stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or reminder.
- Change your name, email and password in My account, Account details.
- Change your cookie choice with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
How to send a request
Email [email protected] from the address you used with us. Tell us what you would like us to do. If it is about an order, add the order number.
Checking it is you
To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, for example by replying from the email address on your account.
What happens next
We reply within 30 days. Requests are free. We keep order records that tax law requires us to keep, even after a deletion request, and we tell you if that applies.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
