This statement covers eplannerhub.com. We want our shop, our help pages and our planners to work for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation or browser zoom. Below you can read what we work on, where we still fall short, and how to tell us about a problem.
Standards we aim for
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is our target, not a claim of full conformance, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work.
What we work on
- Descriptive alternative text on product and article images
- A logical heading structure, so screen reader users can move between sections
- Readable text sizes and color contrast
- Menus, forms, the cart and checkout that can be reached and used with a keyboard
- Pages that still work when you zoom the browser to 200%
Known limitations
- Our planners are visual PDF files built for handwriting on a tablet. Their layouts, tabs and hyperlinks are designed to be seen and tapped, and they are not tagged for screen readers.
- How a planner works with assistive technology depends on the note-taking app you use, such as GoodNotes, Notability or OneNote.
- Product images show planner pages on devices. Some page details may not be fully described in text.
- Payment pages and security checks run by third parties, such as Stripe and Google reCAPTCHA, may not meet the standards above.
Help choosing a planner
If you cannot see a product’s preview images, write to us and we will describe the layouts, sections and page count in text before you buy.
