E Planner Hub respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same for our own designs. This page explains how to report content on our site that you believe infringes your copyright, and how to tell us about copies of our files elsewhere.
What is on our site
Our planners, notebooks, stickers, product images and blog articles are made by E Planner Hub. Customers can also post reviews and comments.
Report content on our site
If you believe something on eplannerhub.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The address (URL) of the page where the material appears on our site.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a person who knowingly makes a false claim of infringement may be liable for damages.
What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we review it and remove or disable the material if the claim is valid. If someone else posted the material, such as a review or comment, we let them know and may share your notice with them so they can respond.
Counter notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter notice with:
- A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which E Planner Hub may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may restore the material unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have started a court action.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content from, and close the accounts of, people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Copies of our planners elsewhere
Our files are sold for personal use only. If you see our planners, stickers or designs being sold or shared on another website, marketplace or group, please send us the link at [email protected]. You do not need to buy or download the copy to report it.
